Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information VocalRemoverMate ("we", "us") collects when you use our vocal remover and related audio tools, and how we handle it. By using the service you agree to this policy.

The audio you upload

When you upload a song or audio file, we process it only to produce the separated tracks you asked for (such as the instrumental and vocals). Your audio is not shared with third parties and is not used to train any models.

Uploaded files and their results are stored temporarily so you can download them, and are automatically deleted after a short period. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Account information

You can use the core tools without an account. If you choose to create one, we store the email address you provide so we can sign you in and show your recent jobs. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small amount of local browser storage to remember preferences such as your light/dark theme. If analytics are enabled on this instance, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which pages are visited) to improve the service — never the contents of your audio.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled on this instance, third-party vendors (including Google) may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits. You can manage ad personalization through your Google account settings. Advertising is disabled by default.

Data retention

Audio uploads and generated results are kept only as long as needed to deliver your download, then removed. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you. To do so, contact us at the address below.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
